With reference to the
Company's earlier announcement dated 21 July 2010 (Reference No.
CS-100721-96257) pertaining to the Memorandum of Understanding
entered by the Company with Evergrown Technology Sdn Bhd
("Evergrown"), the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to
announce that the Company had on 6 August 2010 entered into a
Shareholders' Agreement with Evergrown upon terms and conditions as
stipulated in the Shareholders' Agreement.
