The Board of Directors of
Eng Teknologi Holdings Bhd ("ETHB" or "the Company") is pleased to
announce that a first interim tax exempt dividend of 6% (6 sen per
share) in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2010 has
been declared by the Company, which shall be paid on 22 October 2010
to depositors registered in Records of Depositors at the close of
business on 30 September 2010.
